On a whim I decided to enter my art into the much talked about Pancakes and Booze art exhibition in D.C. at the Penn Social bar. To my surprise I was accepted! So, I went about framing some pieces and for the first time I ordered prints of my original works. The show started at 7 and went to 2am! I made my best effort but only lasted till midnight. The venue was hopping! So many art lovers and artists in one building. The energy was so awesome! Check out the pieces I chose to
LATELA is one of Washington D.C.’s newest art galleries and creative spaces. It was recently named the area’s “Best Commercial Art Gallery” by Washington City Paper in its annual “Best of D.C.” reader poll. I was humbled to be considered and chosen (!!!) among many DC area collage artists to exhibit two pieces in LATELA's current collage exhibition. Shown below are images of the collages I showed.
